Our Commitment
We want you to be happy with your MCA spirit wear and proud to support our students. If you encounter an issue with your order, please see our exchange guidelines below.
As this is a fundraiser to directly support student programs, we offer exchanges for specific situations but are unable to provide refunds.
Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect (e.g., a hole, misprint, or other damage), we will gladly exchange it for a new one of the same item and size.
- Timeframe: Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: The issue must b e a manufacturing defect, not damage from use.
- Process: Please follow the steps under "How to Initiate an Exchange" below.
Exchanges for Sizing
If you ordered the wrong size, we are happy to exchange it for the correct size, provided the item is in brand-new condition.
- Timeframe: Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: The item must be unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition with any tags still attached. Items that have been worn or washed are not eligible for a size exchange.
- Availability: Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. We will do our best to get you the size you need.
How to Initiate an Exchange
To request an exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact the School Office by email at giving@mcalearn.com
- Use the subject line: "Spirit Wear Exchange Request - Name [Name Associated with Order]"
- In your email, please include:
- Your full name
- The name of the item you wish to exchange
- The reason for the exchange (e.g., "damaged", "wrong size ordered").
- If the item is damaged, please attach a photo of the issue.
Our team will review your request and reply within 5-7 business days with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
